We’re seeking a detail-oriented Process Technician to join our Manufacturing Process Department. The role includes process verification, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of manufacturing equipment/tools with support from Maintenance and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Downtime Recording – Monitor daily reports, focus on problem areas, and provide feedback to management on issue resolutions.
- Monitor Scrap Rates – Engage in daily online exposure to resolve downtime issues and incorporate production feedback.
- Standardize & Process Improvement – Verify that parameters are followed daily, confirm operator knowledge, coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment meets corporate standards post‑repair or PM, act as liaison between production and maintenance, and support improvement projects and corrective actions.
- Operate equipment and assist in setting up production machines.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
- 1–3 years of experience setting up production machines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Computer literate.
- Willingness to thoroughly learn Carolina Poly processes and procedures.
Schedule & Compensation
Process Technicians work a set schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off, 12‑hour shifts, rotating weekly. Candidates must be available to work each day of the week.
