The Opportunity

We have a new opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our UK Marketing Team on Carolina Herrera. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and UK cross-functional teams to deliver successes for Carolina Herrera across Prestige Fragrances, High Perfumery Collections and Make Up, coordinating integral marketing campaigns from Media to Instore execution securing brand and profitability goals are hit. You will also have regular contact with retailers, influencing and supporting across all levels both internally and externally.

What you'll get to do

  • Brand Strategy & Relationship Building
    • Collaborate with Global Brand teams to adapt and execute global strategies locally.
    • Build strong internal relationships to drive productivity and brand engagement.
    • Support the Marketing Manager in aligning cross-functional UK teams and agency partners with brand goals.
  • Marketing Execution & Operations
    • Maintain and update 360° marketing plans and in-store activation calendars.
    • Manage day-to-day brand operations, ensuring seamless execution of marketing activities.
    • Support product launches and drive growth of core lines in line with strategic priorities.
    • Assist in developing retailer presentations and marketing materials.
  • Performance & Budget Management
    • Track marketing spend accurately and ensure alignment with budget.
    • Partner with Demand Planning and Commercial teams to forecast launches and manage stock availability.
    • Analyze sales performance (sell-in and sell-out) and contribute to action plans for growth.
    • Lead performance tracking and reporting for Carolina Herrera Flagship Counters.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Commercial, VM, PR, and Communications teams to deliver tailored trade marketing and in-store activations.
    • Conduct regular field visits to monitor execution, competitor activity, and merchandising compliance.

  • 3-5 years’ experience within marketing and the retail industry in the UK market.
  • Proven digital experience and knowledge essential.
  • Team management of at least 1 direct report, being fully responsible for their development.
