We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our flagship store in London.

The Role
Working closely with the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the store while delivering an elevated and personalised client experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being a true brand ambassador, embodying the spirit and values of Carolina Bucci
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining impeccable personal presentation
- Handling all customer enquiries with professionalism, discretion, and empathy
- Ensuring that the jewellery and the store maintains a pristine appearance at all times
- Supporting sales performance and operational excellence within the store
- Assisting with reporting, administrative duties, stock management, and shipment coordination
- Overseeing deliveries, transfers, and inventory processes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients
Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A thorough understanding of what defines a luxury brand
- Previous luxury retail experience, ideally within fine jewellery, hospitality, or fashion
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience with reporting, stock control, and shipment procedures
