We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our flagship store in London.
Carolina Bucci is a jewellery designer whose creations are synonymous with a modern and effortless sense of luxury. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a globally recognised fine jewellery house defined by craftsmanship, creativity, and impeccable client experience.
The Role
Working closely with the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the store while delivering an elevated and personalised client experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Being a true brand ambassador, embodying the spirit and values of Carolina Bucci
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining impeccable personal presentation
- Handling all customer enquiries with professionalism, discretion, and empathy
- Ensuring that the jewellery and the store maintains a pristine appearance at all times
- Supporting sales performance and operational excellence within the store
- Assisting with reporting, administrative duties, stock management, and shipment coordination
- Overseeing deliveries, transfers, and inventory processes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients
Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A thorough understanding of what defines a luxury brand
- Previous luxury retail experience, ideally within fine jewellery, hospitality, or fashion
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience with reporting, stock control, and shipment procedures
- Exceptional communication and team working skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
- The legal right to work in the UK
