We are seeking to hire a senior analyst / associate to join our team in central London. The successful candidate will assist the senior members of the firm in executing a range of M&A, restructurings and fundraising mandates. Responsibilities * Build and analyse financial models * Conduct company and industry research * Create client presentations * Perform valuation analysis (comparable companies, precedent transactions) * Assist in the coordination of due diligence processes * Assist in transaction management and deal execution, collaborating with other external advisers * Support business development initiatives and origination of new opportunities * Work closely with the senior directors Requirements * Strong academic qualifications – ideally with a degree in finance, economics or a STEM subject * Minimum of 2 years finance (M&A, corporate finance) or accounting experience * Strong financial modelling skills * Excellent analytical abilities * Good communication skills (fluent English both written & verbal) * Precise mindset and enthusiasm for learning from senior personnel * ‘Go to’ mentality and commitment to excellence Please note that this is not a WFH/hybrid role.
