An exciting opportunity has become available to join the team at Carnoustie Golf Links, as part of the Rookery Restaurant at our prestigious golf course. There may also be an opportunity to support our other bar, Maxi's, located in the centre of Carnoustie. This is a fixed‑term position, working until 31 March 2026 at £12.21 per hour. Evening and weekend work will be expected throughout, working on a rota basis.
Responsibilities:
- Waiting duties: serving guests, delivering food and drink, maintaining service standards.
- Bar work: preparing and serving beverages, monitoring stock, ensuring cleanliness.
- Operating our outdoor kiosk service.
- Providing world‑leading customer service, being polite, approachable, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly while attending to all guests.
