We're looking for a hands-on Bar Manager who can lead from the front, inspire a brilliant team and make Calders the place everyone wants to spend their evening.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading an energetic bar team and creating a fantastic working culture.
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences from first coffee to last cocktail.
  • Driving sales through premium drinks, creative promotions and memorable events.
  • Managing stock, GP, rotas and labour costs like a pro.
  • Training and developing the next generation of hospitality stars.
  • Working closely with our kitchen and hotel teams to keep service running smoothly.
