Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Virtual Recruiter to attract and onboard qualified personnel to fill our job openings. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through online channels, conducting virtual interviews, and managing hiring paperwork. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people find their ideal job. The Virtual Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle to ensure staffing needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
