As the Youth Manager you will be leading the way ensuring that your team provides our younger guests onboard with a fun filled holiday. You will be planning and scheduling the activity programs for all the family as well as supervising your fun and energetic team, and hosting a number of large events and parties in the public areas of the ship. You and your team will make sure that the children onboard have an unforgettable holiday and memories that will last them a lifetime.
To join our fantastic youth team as a Youth Manager you must have the following:
- Excellent experience in the leading of a team of childcare professionals
- Experience in coaching and mentoring staff & supporting staff well-being
- Have a passion for working with children & leading a team
- Hold a minimum of a level 3 Childcare Qualification
- Adaptability & excellent organisational skills
