We’re looking for a strategic and visionary leader to join us as Vice President, DTO – Business Partnering and Performance — a critical role driving the operational reset of our Digital & Technology Office (DTO) and leading enterprise-wide transformation alongside the CDIO.

This role is central to translating strategic ambition into execution, leading the Business Partnering model that connects DTO to the wider business across brands, ship operations, and corporate functions. You’ll also oversee the Performance and Planning team, ensuring alignment and delivery across enterprise-wide transformation programmes.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Strategy Execution: Translate DTO’s long-term vision into actionable plans and lead the operating rhythm and prioritisation.
  • Business Partnering: Lead and empower a team of Business Partners across P&O Cruises, Cunard, and Ship & Shore operations — ensuring strategic alignment, seamless collaboration, and consistent delivery across all business domains.
  • Operation Model & Performance: Rebuild DTO’s internal structure, drive governance, and ensure transparency across critical workstreams & KPI’s
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Represent DTO in senior forums and support strategic relationships across the enterprise.
  • Culture & Capability: Embed a high-performance culture, coach leadership, and lead clear communication across teams.
