In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Training Compliance Planning Consultantto bring fresh insights and expertise to our People department.
Role Overview
This pivotal role will involve:
- Ensure crew members are fully qualified and certified in line with CUK Fleet Training Matrices, corporate standards, and maritime regulations.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and global partners (e.g. Global Talent Partners, Resourcing, Onboarding, and Rotations teams) to maintain seamless training compliance across the crew journey.
- Identify and resolve training gaps proactively, ensuring timely interventions to support safe operations and minimise compliance risks.
This role is positioned atCUK10level within our organisation and is available on afull-time, permanentbasis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
