In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Learning Advisor on a 9 Month Secondment/FTC to bring fresh insights and expertise to our People department.
In this role you would be responsible for identifying and assessing requirements, scoping projects and managing stakeholder relationships. You would also co-ordinate project design and delivery, along with evaluation and reporting of outcomes/activities.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate training activities and administration, including maintaining accurate records, supporting scheduling and suppliers, tracking budgets, and following compliance processes.
- Identifying learning and development needs and gaps by working closely with stakeholders, analysing root causes, and defining clear behavioural and skill‑based outcomes.
- Ensuring that projects are assessed and that a clear and robust project plan is developed and followed including managing compliance requirements and set up for fleet programmes.
- Design effective learning solutions, ensuring all interventions meet compliance, quality, and organisational standards.
- Deliver engaging induction training and workshops, and evaluate their impact to recommend improvements that enhance performance.
This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time 9 Month fixed term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
