In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking an HR Helpdesk Executive to support colleagues at all levels with navigating through our HR policies and systems. Part of our People Services team, this opportunity plays a key role as the organisation’s first point of contact for People‑related enquiries, ensuring colleagues receive clear, timely and supportive guidance that reflects our commitment to delivering an exceptional employee experience. This pivotal role will involve:
- Respond to and resolve enquiries received from managers, colleagues and external customers for all employee lifecycle processes in a timely and customer focused way
- Escalating complex queries to subject matter experts promptly
- Helping identify enquiry trends and supporting improvements to knowledge library content
- Supporting training and induction delivery relating to People policies and processes
- Assists colleagues across the function by stepping into broader responsibilities to maintain accuracy, continuity, and service standards
This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed term for 6 months basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
What You'll Bring
- Experience and understanding of employee lifecycle processes
- Demonstrates strong capability in using HR or payroll or database systems, with the confidence to train colleagues and articulate system functionality effectively
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
