Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support People Projects within our Culture Department, part of the wider People function. This role reports to the Director of Culture and will work closely with colleagues across the project team, providing administrative support. This will include the organisation of all project related activities, gathering inputs, reporting and documentation of projects and analytics. It requires keeping precise action logs and communicating with all relevant stakeholders on actionable items as well as supporting the team.
- Gathering and managing data sets using Excel
- Setting up meetings and workshops, as well as coordinating diaries
- Gathering information from relevant stakeholders across the business
- Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting project administration and governance
- Working independently and proactively to solve problems and keep projects on track
This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time 11 months fixed term contract basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for:
- Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Experience in a corporate environment and navigating organisational dynamics – ideally from working in an administrative or project coordinator type position
