As a Senior Mixologist you’ll have incredible cocktail product knowledge with a passion for meeting our high service standards within our bar outlets on board. You will be responsible for an allocated bar outlet onboard a P&O ship. Your role will be to actively engage with the guests regarding the range of drinks on board available.

With the assistance of your bar team, you’ll run cocktail masterclasses, tasting sessions and presentations for guests and generate bar cash profit by promoting agreed campaigns increasing cash profit generating opportunities and working to exceed targets.

This is a great opportunity to use your excellent mixologist product knowledge within the bar teams.

P&O Cruises require the following experience:

• A high level of product expertise in spirits and mixology
• Previous experience as a Flair Bartender / Mixologist and with a clear track record in cocktail development and spirits leadership is a must
• Level 2 Award in Food Safety or equivalent
• Experience of working within a 4/5 star volume hotel or restaurant establishment preferred Cruise experience an advantage
• Experience of supervising staff within a service environment desirable
