In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking Partnership Development Manager to bring fresh insights and expertise to our P&O Cruises sales department.
The area this role will cover will be Scotland.
Role Overview
The P&O Cruises Sales team is key to helping P&O Cruises achieve its ambition to become Britain\’s #1 holiday choice. Working with our trade partners, we strive to deliver the very best guest experience, ensuring a seamless and efficient journey from the moment a cruise is booked.
As Partnerships Development Manager you will provide account management support for a defined portfolio of development travel agent partners, to develop revenue streams and maximise all business opportunities within those agencies.
This pivotal role will involve:
- Proactively seek, evaluate and build new partnership opportunities to broaden the distribution model for P&O cruises.
- Develop and monitor tactical sales plans to meet profit targets, and ensure the delivery of these plans
- Manage monthly budget reconciliation process of overseeing all accruals and forecasts for defined agencies
This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis.
Please note that this role will require extensive Scotland and overseas travel, and will require you to have a full UK driving license
What You\’ll Bring:

- Experience working in a sales environment and account management, preferably within travel or the cruise sector
- Experience in marketing, especially direct mail, press or online
- Proven track record in delivering return on spend and achieving targets
- Trade relationship management
- In depth knowledge of IT packages including Excel,Word, Power Point
