Carnival UK is in search of a Media & Promotions Marketing Manager, who is crucial in supporting our Cunard brand direction and nurturing a high-performing team.
Role Overview
Key accountabilities include:
- Leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of offline media campaigns (TV, press, radio, outdoor, partnerships) to drive brand awareness and guest bookings
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to develop promotional marketing tactics aligned with revenue targets
- Managing the UK advertising budget, including PO and invoice tracking, and ensuring alignment with campaign and annual budgets
- Lead creative development and collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure consistent delivery of promotional assets and ATL brand creative across all channels in line with the Cunard brand.
Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis, we offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

To thrive as a Media & Promotions Marketing Managerwithin the Cunard marketing team, we\’re looking for:
- Proven experience in multimedia campaign planning and execution across multiple channels
- Strong data literacy, including performance reporting, econometric modelling, and marketing effectiveness
- Commercial acumen with experience in pricing, legal compliance, and budget management
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies
