As the first point of contact for our colleagues and visitors, the Facilities Coordinator will ensure the smooth, professional running of our Reception Desk. You’ll deliver a high quality, welcoming service that reflects the Carnival UK brand and values — with a primary focus on Reception to provide the stability and continuity our front of house area needs. You’ll be cross trained to support the Post Room and Dockmaster’s Office when required, but this role will be predominantly based on Reception.
This role is classified as CUK14 and is available on a full-time 9-month fixed term, basis.

•Keep Reception organised, presentable, and stocked with materials.
•Respond promptly to queries via phone, email, and in person.
•Maintain safety and security awareness, addressing issues proactively.
