We’re hosting an in‑person Entertainment Host Casting Day in Reading, UK on Thursday 24 September, recruiting for the following exciting roles:
- Entertainment Host
- Lead fun, engaging activities such as trivia, sports and themed events
- Host social gatherings and act as a welcoming Cunard ambassador
- Deliver dance and movement classes for guests
- Introduce live performers across various venues
- Support safety and emergency duties as part of the wider team
- Entertainment Host Senior – DJ
- Act as a resident DJ across a range of venues
- Host karaoke, bingo, trivia and deck games
- Create music experiences that appeal to a wide and varied audience
- Entertainment Dance Host
- Dance with guests each evening, covering ballroom styles
- Deliver dance classes and support a range of hosted activities
- Host quizzes, karaoke and daytime entertainment events
- Support and engage solo travelling guests through hosted social events
- Carry out safety duties as part of the wider team
About You
Due to the variety of roles we’re recruiting for, we’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate some of the experience below:
- Hosting or performing experience within a live theatre or entertainment environment
- Current or recent resident or wedding DJ experience, with the ability to read a crowd and play music from the 1960s to present day
- Current or recent experience as Youth Staff or a Travel Host
- Current or recent experience working as an Entertainment Host within a holiday park, amusement park or hotel
- Experience engaging with guests through dance, hosting activities or classes
