We're currently seeking established dance duos who can confidently teach, host, partner, and perform together as part of the ship's entertainment programme, creating engaging and memorable experiences for our guests throughout every voyage. About the Role

As part of Cunard's onboard entertainment team, you will host a variety of social events, dance activities, and guest engagement programmes designed to create memorable holiday experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host and facilitate a wide range of onboard events including ballroom dancing, Latin dance nights, cocktail parties, themed events, and formal evenings.
  • Act as the ship's resident dance hosts, teaching, leading, and performing ballroom and Latin dance styles across multiple venues.
  • Deliver dance lessons and workshops for guests of varying abilities.
  • Serve as engaging and professional Entertainment Hosts, interacting with guests throughout the ship.
  • Promote daily activities, entertainment programmes, and special events to maximise guest participation.
  • Resolve guest enquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Support the wider Entertainment Team, Cruise Staff, and other onboard departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Assist with embarkation, debarkation, crowd management, and safety procedures as required.
  • Participate in emergency drills and fulfil assigned safety and muster station responsibilities.
  • Cruise staff duties.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in cruise ship entertainment, hospitality, guest services, theatre, resorts, holiday parks, or live events.
  • Strong experience teaching, coaching, choreographing, or performing ballroom and Latin dance styles, including: Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive.
  • Confidence speaking in front of large audiences and hosting events.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional, approachable, and engaging personality.
  • The ability to remain calm, adaptable, and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong commitment to teamwork and delivering world-class customer service.
  • Availability to travel and live onboard for the duration of a contract.
