  • What You’ll Do
  • As Chef de Cuisine, you will take full ownership of your culinary area, ensuring:
  • Impeccable quality and presentation of all dishes in line with Cunard’s corporate menus
  • Compliance with company policies, including Public Health standards
  • Effective management of financial costs and operational efficiency
  • Leadership that motivates and develops your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing a large team onboard at Sous Chef level
  • Strong understanding of cost control and budget management
  • Working knowledge of MXP and familiarity with CSQ and NPS targets
  • Extensive experience with USPH standards
  • Competent IT skills and ability to lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team

Please note that a Personal Survival Techniques (PST) STCW is a requirement for this role. Further information will be provided should your application should be successful.
