In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of our onboard guest experience, leading a varied programme of activities and events.
From hosting quizzes and game shows to delivering memorable guest interactions, you'll bring energy, professionalism and personality to every occasion.
As a key member of the Entertainment team, you'll also motivate, coach and develop your team, helping them achieve their full potential while maintaining Cunard’s exceptional standards.

We're looking for someone who can combine exceptional hosting skills with strong leadership ability. Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience working within an entertainment role onboard a cruise ship
- Experience as an MC, presenter or host in a live theatre or entertainment environment
- Proven ability to engage and entertain diverse audiences
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience supporting team development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise effectively and perform well under pressure
- Previous middle-management experience
