In our pursuit of excellence within our Commercial department here at Carnival UK, we\’re seeking individuals who bring a wealth of knowledge and qualifications to the table for our Commercial Planning Manager position within the P&O Cruises team. Role Overview:

Key accountabilities include:

Working closely with our colleagues in Revenue Management to review current trading performance

Coordinate Sales & Marketing activity in response to both trading challenges and opportunities, both through a tactical and a mid-term planning lens

Facilitate and lead forums and meetings to align stakeholders, drive decision-making, and ensure timely delivery of commercial initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure commercial readiness for promotions, launches, and tactical trading interventions.

Support strategic planning cycles and contribute to senior-level reporting and performance tracking.
