We are currently seeking Seasonal Youth Staff to support the delivery of activities for our Playroom.
We’re responsible for safeguarding and entertaining children and young people in secure, market-leading youth facilities. Our talented youth teams deliver a wide range of first class childcare activities, including themed sessions, game shows, arts, crafts, sports and more. This opportunity will allow you, as a qualified professional, to take a new experience in your career without the commitment of a long contract.
What we are looking for:
- All applicants must have current and previous experience within a child care/ educational establishment for a minimum of 12 months, covering age groups between 6 months - 12 year olds.
- All applicants must be qualified at Level 3 Childcare Diploma level or above or hold a teaching degree and/or PGCE.
- All applicants must currently work within a childcare or educational setting.
- We seek for people who are passionate to deliver fun yet safe activities for our children onboard.
- All applicants must be able to commitment to working a minimum of 4 weeks per year within peak Summer, Christmas, Easter, or Half Term holidays.
- This role is ideally suited for those keen to travel the world and make new friends.

Application Process
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to completed a video 'SHINE' interview for their first assessment. Those selected for a final stage, 1-hour online interview will then be invited to book themselves in for their interview which will be held Mon-Fri throughout the week commencing 26th October 2026
