We’re responsible for safeguarding and entertaining children and young people in secure, market-leading youth facilities. Our talented youth teams deliver a wide range of first class childcare activities, including themed sessions, game shows, arts, crafts, sports and more. This opportunity will allow you, as a qualified professional, to take a different direction in your career and be a part of our growing teams within both Cunard and P&O Cruises.
Requirements:
- All applicants must currently work within a child care/ educational establishment for at minimum of 12 months, covering age groups between 6 months - 12 year's.
- All applicants must be qualified at Level 3 Childcare Diploma level or above, or hold a teaching degree and/or PGCE
- All applicants must currently work within a childcare or educational setting.
- We are seeking passionate, people who deliver a fun yet safe activities for our children onboard.
- You must be able to commit to working onboard for 4-6 months. (Fixed-Term Contracts)
- This role is suitable for people who are to travel the world and make new friends.

Application Process
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit a video 'SHINE' interview for their first stage assessment. Those shortlisted for a final interview will be invited to book themselves in for a 1-hour online interview. Online interviews will be held Mon-Fri throughout the week commencing 26th October 2026.
