You will respond to enquiries from managers, colleagues, and external customers across employee lifecycle processes, delivering customer-focused solutions within SLAs.
You will raise awareness of enquiry patterns, promote Tier 0 information, deliver training, and escalate Tier 2 queries to Subject Matter Experts, while collaborating with the wider People Services
