Role Overview
Act as the main point of contact for all servicing, liaising with service providers to organise and maintain statutory, planned and unplanned maintenance in line with the Asset Management plan. Manage end-to-end purchasing processes for services, from initial scope of works through to supplier invoice resolution. Coordinate logistics operations for refits, overseeing multiple contractors and shipyard teams to deliver requirements in dry and wet docks.
This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time 16 month fixed term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong MS Office and IT skills, with experience of budget management and cost control.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced marine technical environment with planned maintenance and purchasing systems.
- Knowledge of logistics operations and vendor management.
- Commercial awareness and organisational skills to deliver timely and cost-effective services.
About You: The Ideal Candidate
- Cruise industry or hotel experience, with exposure to maritime regulations (SOLAS, Class Rules and statutory legislation).
- Project management and logistics experience, ideally with AMOS knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
