We are looking to welcome a Senior HR Administrator to support our HR administrative team at Carnival UK on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.
Key accountabilities
- Maintain organisational hierarchy and positions within the myHR portal in line with governance and business processes.
- Support the wider team with testing new system requirements and reporting activities using OTBI.
- Assist Payroll Executives with processes, variable pay calculations, and tasks relating to starters, leavers, and benefits.
- Manage bulk data uploads and support Quality Assurance checks.
- Assist colleagues across the function by stepping into broader responsibilities to maintain accuracy, continuity, and service standards.
This role is classified as CUK11 and available on a full‑time, fixed‑term (6 months) basis.
About you
- High levels of accuracy, organisation and the ability to work with sensitive data.
- Highly confident in using Excel at an advanced level, including lookup and reference functions, pivot tables, and data cleansing.
- A customer‑focused approach with strong communication skills.
- Experience and confidence in using HR or Payroll systems.
- Adaptability and initiative to spot opportunities to assist the team as a collective.
