As part of our Food & Beverage Development team, you’ll report to the Senior Manager Food Development and collaborate with Product Development, Onboard Revenue, Guest Experience, Brand, PR, Performance, Digital, Technology, and Commercial Planning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the food strategy for Specialty Restaurants by leading all concept review projects, ensuring processes and timelines.
- Design and optimise food & dining product propositions, focusing on revenue strategies, service‑ware, technology to improve commercial revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Provide direct line management, scheduling, optimisation, and commercial reporting for specialty dining venues; set brand standards and system configuration & optimisation.
- Lead structured stakeholder engagement from ideation to implementation, covering menu changes, continuous improvement, and operational handovers.
Qualifications
- IT skills in Word/Excel and good knowledge of in‑house restaurant systems.
- Experience leading and managing menu change and/or concept creation from ideation to implementation.
- Experience in restaurant/food operations within the hospitality/cruise industry on a large scale in a commercial environment.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Commercially focused with the ability to collaborate effectively and demonstrate professionalism.
- Capacity to be punctual, meet deadlines, and maintain reliable attendance.
