Role Overview
- Support the in‑house rollout and operation of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) across the corporation
- Apply reliability engineering principles to understand equipment failure modes, causes, and effects
- Design, influence, and refine maintenance strategies using performance and failure data
- Act as a subject‑matter champion for modern maintenance philosophy across teams and stakeholders

- Strong experience in reliability engineering and maintenance strategy development

- Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Excel and/or SQL
