Role Overview

  • Support the in‑house rollout and operation of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) across the corporation
  • Apply reliability engineering principles to understand equipment failure modes, causes, and effects
  • Design, influence, and refine maintenance strategies using performance and failure data
  • Act as a subject‑matter champion for modern maintenance philosophy across teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong experience in reliability engineering and maintenance strategy development
  • Proven ability to analyse large volumes of failure and maintenance data
  • Experience with root‑cause analysis and data‑driven problem solving
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Excel and/or SQL
