In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking HR Business Partner (with OD Specialism) to bring fresh insights and expertise to our People department.
Role Overview- Support organisational design and organisational change activity.
- Manage a portfolio of ER casework at high complexity and risk levels.
- Deliver restructures, role changes, and contractual changes.
- Partner with leaders across all levels of the organisation, providing advice and coaching.
This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
What You’ll Bring- Experience in organisational design or organisational change.
- Strong ER case management experience (complex, high‑risk cases).
- Understanding of UK employment law and ability to apply legislative updates.
- Ability to coach, influence and challenge stakeholders across seniority levels.
- Effective communication skills across all levels.
- Ability to quickly adapt, learn and handle variety and complexity.
- Collaborative and supportive team approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
