In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to bring fresh insights and expertise to our People department.

Role Overview
  • Support organisational design and organisational change activity.
  • Manage a portfolio of ER casework at high complexity and risk levels.
  • Deliver restructures, role changes, and contractual changes.
  • Partner with leaders across all levels of the organisation, providing advice and coaching.

This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in organisational design or organisational change.
  • Strong ER case management experience (complex, high‑risk cases).
  • Understanding of UK employment law and ability to apply legislative updates.
  • Ability to coach, influence and challenge stakeholders across seniority levels.
