Job Description

As one of our Contact Centre Support Advisors, you will demonstrate a passion for our brands when talking to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Using product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to resolve queries pre and post cruise via inbound calls in a contact centre.
  • Providing first‑call resolution to deliver desired outcome.
  • Building trusting relationships with guests, proactively identifying itineraries and cruise products that match their needs.
  • Delivering guest satisfaction and a memorable experience.

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills and ability to offer great customer service, with desire to go the extra mile for guests and travel partners.
  • Problem solving ability, resolving enquiries and complaints, delivering first‑call resolution to a high‑quality standard.
  • Use product knowledge to identify opportunities to retain bookings by promoting product features and benefits.

Work location: Southampton office (hybrid, minimum two days per week).

Classified as CUK13, full‑time, 40 hours per week, rostered basis with contact centre hours Monday‑Friday 08:30‑20:15, Saturday 08:30‑18:15, Sunday 10:00‑17:15.

Requires 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per 4 weeks.
