Reporting to the Onboard Sales & Loyalty Manager, you’ll be pivotal in collaborating in the deployment of marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives that drive future cruise sales and elevate our guests’ loyalty experience. You’ll support a team of 30+ ship-based Loyalty & Cruise Sales Managers (LCSMs), helping them to deliver commercial performance while enhancing loyalty through onboard events and benefits. Key accountabilities : Technical & Operational Support: Provide expert support on shore and onboard systems, loyalty tiers, and data issues; resolve queries from fleet teams and internal stakeholders. Commercial & Financial Management: Analyse sales performance and campaign impact, manage team incentives and budgets, and communicate commercial focuses to drive onboard revenue. Marketing & Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of a variety of different marketing collateral for the shipsalign loyalty messaging with brand and campaign milestones. Fleet & Team Engagement: Support, training, onboarding, and sales performance feedback for Loyalty & Cruise Sales Managers; manage secondee programs and support rota planning. This role is classified as CUK10 and is available on a full-time basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
