Are you passionate about delivering exceptional culinary and beverage experiences? P&O Cruises are seeking an outstanding Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B department and ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction at sea. As a core member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for multiple outlets and oversee a diverse team, ensuring smooth F&B operations and memorable dining experiences for all guests. Bringing your extensive hospitality experience, you will champion premium service delivery while fostering a guest‑centric culture onboard. This role requires a dynamic, hands-on leader dedicated to coaching their team, driving innovation, and achieving both commercial and guest service goals.
Role Requirements:
- Significant senior-level experience in Food & Beverage management within Travel & Tourism or Hospitality.
- Proven leadership with the ability to inspire a high-performing team and foster a culture of excellence.
- Experience working with and managing a culturally diverse workforce.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining brand and service standards.
- A strong record in budget management, achieving financial targets, and driving F&B revenue.
- Experience implementing change management initiatives in line with corporate directives.
