We are seeking a Digital Insight Analyst to bring new perspectives and expertise to our Digital Insight and Analytics team. This role is responsible for delivering data‑driven insights and performance reporting that inform decision‑making across all digital paid marketing channels. You’ll interrogate web analytics to discover insights, surface trends, support investment programmes, forecast website visits, and evaluate digital marketing performance.
Responsibilities:
- Build and collaborate on reports in Adobe Analytics, CJA, and Quantum Metric that integrate behavioural data with commercial performance to support cross‑channel optimisation.
- Evaluate and report on the performance of investment, targeting, traffic, and paid marketing campaigns.
- Develop forecasting models for website visits and traffic projections to support marketing planning and ROI analysis.
- Work closely with MarTech to ensure data layer quality and relevant tagging to support robust analysis.
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders across both P&O Cruises & Cunard to drive insight‑led change.
What You’ll Bring:
- Extensive experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics for reporting and analysis.
- Skilled at building analytics & marketing dashboards, segments, and custom metrics.
- Strong understanding of digital paid marketing channels (search, display, social) and how to measure and optimise their performance.
- Experience in forecasting website traffic and interpreting trends to inform marketing investment decisions.
- Ability to translate data into business insight, with a focus on conversion, content engagement, and customer behaviour.
- Experienced in working with tagging and data layers to ensure high‑quality data capture.
