We’re looking for a Commercial Performance & Analysis Manager who brings both technical expertise and an ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the business. Rather than building reports, we need someone who understands the numbers and can communicate them with impact.

- Drive revenue improvement through insightful analytics and performance tracking.
- Align short‑and long‑term performance with business KPIs.
- Stay on top of emerging risks and opportunities, especially in relation to ticketed revenue and ad hoc performance trends.
Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
- Understands business performance analytics and commercial drivers.
- Can work cross‑functionally to deliver and maintain reporting frameworks.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation).
