P&O Cruises — Britain’s biggest cruise line and part of Carnival Corporation for over 20 years — is looking for an Assistant Manager Production – Automation to help deliver world‑class entertainment across our fleet.

You’ll work alongside talented stage technicians to automate everything from large‑scale theatre productions to cabarets and poolside entertainment.
- Operating and maintaining theatre automation systems
- Supporting live shows, rehearsals, and technical changeovers
- Programming and running digital automation systems in live environments
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automation equipment
- Leading by example and supporting team supervision
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance and risk assessments
We are looking for someone who is adaptable, reliable, and calm under pressure — someone who can think on their feet during live productions, with:
