In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Executive to bring fresh insights and expertise to our P&O Cruises Sales department.

**Role Overview**

Office based role, accountable for supporting the Business Manager, Strategic Partnerships for a defined portfolio of travel agent partners, in developing revenue streams and maximize all business opportunities within those agencies. To support the delivery of Business Manager defined business plans to ensure growth plans and success KPIs for P&O Cruises are met, whilst maintaining relationships within their portfolio of travel agent partners and taking direction from the Business Manager and Director of Trade Sales.

Responsible for understanding and supporting the commercial approach in maintaining and growing strategic relationships, using own initiative when making decisions to deliver upon defined strategies and guidelines.

This pivotal role will involve:
Support delivery of sales targets for defined accounts in conjunction with Business Manager, as defined by Director of Trade Sales
Coordinate campaign promotional activity to be delivered through Travel agent partners in conjunction with other channels, while ensuring alignment to our brand guidelines
Working closely with Business manager to support the monthly budgetary process for specified travel agent accounts
Support the delivery of commercially effective campaign strategies, ensuring a coherent approach across of sales channels

This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

Minimum of 1 yearu2019s experience within a commercial/ marketing / sales environment
Organise administration accurately and effectively
Knowledge of IT packages including Excel, Word, Power Point
Ability to learn in-house software packages quickly

Previous experience within the travel/cruise industry or a sales/customer service environment.
Experience of working with 3rd party agencies
Experience of working in a sales or marketing environment in the travel industry
