The position supports sustainability-driven innovation and risk mitigation across the ship acquisition and operations lifecycle. You'll partner with multiple brands and technical teams to deliver robust sourcing strategies and vendor development. Pay / Benefits
- Act as the lead sourcing representative for Strategic Sourcing and coordinate cross-brand initiatives
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned technical and newbuild categories
- Identify equipment harmonization opportunities and drive life-cycle cost benefits across brands
- Lead supplier negotiations and develop negotiation strategies aligned with technical requirements
- Oversee vendor development and act as liaison with external suppliers
- Lead the 7 Step Sourcing process for opportunities
- Conduct risk assessments with key vendors and manage mitigation plans
- Tasks Expert negotiating skills and procurement process discipline
- Experience delivering measurable cost savings and procurement KPIs
- Leadership experience in marine or offshore industries (direct or indirect)
