Experteer Overview In this role you lead strategic sourcing for newbuild and technical categories, driving cost efficiency, quality, and supplier performance. You'll coordinate cross-brand initiatives and negotiations to maximize value at Carnival's global scale. The position supports sustainability-driven innovation and risk mitigation across the ship acquisition and operations lifecycle. You'll partner with multiple brands and technical teams to deliver robust sourcing strategies and vendor development. Pay / Benefits

  • Act as the lead sourcing representative for Strategic Sourcing and coordinate cross-brand initiatives
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned technical and newbuild categories
  • Identify equipment harmonization opportunities and drive life-cycle cost benefits across brands
  • Lead supplier negotiations and develop negotiation strategies aligned with technical requirements
  • Oversee vendor development and act as liaison with external suppliers
  • Lead the 7 Step Sourcing process for opportunities
  • Conduct risk assessments with key vendors and manage mitigation plans
  • Tasks Expert negotiating skills and procurement process discipline
  • Experience delivering measurable cost savings and procurement KPIs
  • Leadership experience in marine or offshore industries (direct or indirect)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros, VBA)
  • Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or Procurement qualification (or equivalent) desirable but not essential
