Carnival UK is in search of a people focused Business & Process Analysis Manager, who is crucial in supporting our technological direction and nurturing a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing Business Analysis duties, adding value to strategic programmes and change initiatives.
- Leading and delivering Business Analysis activities for large and complex projects, working with the business to ensure scope and requirements are captured, documented, and signed off.
- Managing and developing a team of Business Analysts through coaching, mentoring, and training and development programs whilst nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Overseeing and enforcing best practices, tools, and templates for Business Analysis, while managing key stakeholder relationships across functions within the Digital Technology Office (DTO) and Carnival UK business departments.
- Contributing to DTO Business Analysis community of practice activities to ensure knowledge is shared across all BA teams, functions and programmes within the DTO.
This role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on a fixed term basis for 6-months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership
To thrive as a Business & Process Analysis Manager, we’re looking for:
- Expertise in industry-standard Business Analysis techniques and frameworks (such as BCS (formerly ISEB) Business Analysis techniques).
- Strong experience in modelling complex business processes and defining/documenting requirements.
- Ability to assess feasibility and relevance of proposed technical and business changes.
- Proficiency in resource planning, scheduling, and matching BAs to projects within a matrix environment.
- The ability to look strategically across a portfolio of business analysis requirements and tactically to support business analysis at activity level.
