In our continuous journey of growth and evolution at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to play a pivotal role supporting a significant strategic investment programme across our fleet.

As a senior programme leader, you will operate across a complex, multi-year transformation environment, guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver meaningful, business-critical outcomes.

This pivotal role will:

  • Provide programme management expertise to a large-scale, complex investment programme spanning multiple workstreams of activity across the business.
  • Develop and manage programme activity plans, milestones and identify critical dependencies enabling cross-functional alignment across the various workstreams of activity.
  • Establish and manage programme governance, including programme boards, steering committees, and decision-making frameworks, with strong risk and issue management.
  • Interpret complex internal and external requirements, advising relevant stakeholders on appropriate governance, controls, and considerations to enable informed decision-making across the programme.
  • Act as a critical point of coordination and alignment across the programme, ensuring momentum is maintained and critical risks are surfaced early for resolution.
