Carnival UK is seeking a Senior IT Procurement Manager to set and drive the organisation’s IT commercial strategy during a major period of technology and business transformation. As a key member of the procurement leadership team, you will shape how technology suppliers are sourced, governed, and optimised to deliver innovation, resilience, and long-term value. Acting as the CIO’s primary commercial counterpart, you will ensure IT strategy is enabled through strong supplier partnerships, effective sourcing, and rigorous commercial risk management. Operating at the intersection of technology, finance, and enterprise risk, you will hold accountability for IT commercial exposure and value sustainability.
As Senior IT Procurement Manager, you will:
- Lead high value, complex technology sourcing and negotiations, delivering strong commercial and risk outcomes.
- Manage a resilient and high performing portfolio of strategic technology suppliers.
- Drive effective commercial lifecycle management, ensuring contracts perform against cost, risk, and value objectives.
- Strengthen procurement governance, demand assurance, and sourcing execution to improve pace and consistency.
- Apply innovative commercial and contractual models to support cloud, managed services, and major transformation programmes.
- Provide clear, trusted commercial input on major investment, renewal, and sourcing decisions.
