The International Contact Centre provides sales, service and operational support to international guests and travel agent partners, contributing to revenue growth, customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking and international guests and travel agent partners, delivering exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
  • Resolve customer enquiries, complaints and support issues effectively, identifying practical solutions and achieving positive guest outcomes.
  • Support revenue generation through upselling, closing techniques and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate product, system and process knowledge while complying with operational procedures, data controls and company policies.

This role is classified as CUK13 and is available on a full-time/part-time, permanent/fixed-term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to three days working from home.
