  • Proven experience drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts.
  • Broad commercial legal advisory experience, ideally gained in-house and/or within private practice.
  • IT contracts experience would be highly beneficial.

About You

You thrive in a collaborative environment yet can work independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.

You're someone who enjoys tackling complex commercial challenges and contributing to the success of a high-performing legal team.

You are likely to have at least three years post qualification experience.

  • Personal Qualities
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Pragmatic and commercially focused approach to problem solving.
  • Comfortable working across a broad and varied commercial legal remit.
  • Role Details

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis, with hybrid working including up to two days from home.

  • Employee Discounted Cruising plus Friends and Family offers
  • Annual bonus
  • Minimum 25 days leave, bank holiday allowance and holiday trading scheme
  • Employee Assistance and Wellbeing programmes
  • Contributory Defined Contribution Pension scheme
  • Company paid private medical and dental insurance and health assessment
  • In-house Occupational Health help and access to digital GP
  • Life Assurance
  • Employee Shares Plan
  • Electric Car and Cycle to Work schemes.
  • Additional Requirements

Any offer of employment for this role will be conditional upon the satisfactory completion of a Basic DBS check.
