Job Description
In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to bring new perspectives and expertise to our Insight and Data Science team.
Role Overview:
Working closely with the Guest Insight Manager and Lead Data Scientist, you will add value by helping to identify and undertake the best analytical approaches to create and deliver insight that supports business decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their goals and use compelling outputs and storytelling to help them interpret your analysis to achieve these goals.
The projects to be undertaken will be agreed with the Guest Insight Manager and Lead Data Scientist, but will involve:
- Identifying key decisions and business priorities that can be influenced by data and proactively exploring the data to maximise impact.
- Accessing and understanding the relevant available data sets to enable analysis.
- Using data to help the business achieve its ambitions of growing NPS (by improving guest experiences) and revenue (ticketed fare or onboard spend).
- Creating compelling stories from insight that influence and drive business decision-making.
This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time 6 months fixed-term contract basis . We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
