As Director, Organisational Development, you'll lead Carnival UK's enterprise organisational development and people transformation agenda, partnering with executive leaders to evolve how the organisation is structured, operates and enables its people to thrive.
Spanning onboard and shoreside teams, this role will help turn strategic ambition into future-ready operating models, sustainable change, enhanced colleague experiences and stronger organisational effectiveness, enabling our people to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key accountabilities:
Lead the enterprise organisational development and people transformation agenda, translating business strategy into future-ready operating models, ways of working and transformation programmes that enhance organisational effectiveness and employee experience.
Own the organisational design governance model, setting enterprise standards and acting as the senior gatekeeper for structural change.
Oversee and prioritise the transformation portfolio, ensuring alignment, adoption, benefits realisation and sustainable business outcomes.
Provide trusted advice to senior leaders, bringing external insight, critical thinking and constructive challenge to complex organisational and transformation decisions.

Extensive expertise in organisational development, people transformation, operating models and enterprise governance.
Experience shaping organisation structures, ways of working and decision-making frameworks that support strategic and sustainable business outcomes.

Extensive experience operating, influencing and negotiating at executive and C-suite level.
