The Role
We are currently looking for a proactive Sustainability & Corporate Affairs Manager, to join our Sustainability & Corporate Affairs Team. This position will hold the unique opportunity to plan, manage, and integrate our sustainability communication and corporate affairs external engagement agenda by highlighting our credentials and impact across a number of economic, social and environmental themes, in a joined‑up manner.
Accountabilities include:
- Sustainability communications: Shape the development & communication of our sustainability story at corporate and brand level, ensuring we engage key stakeholders to educate, raise awareness, and build trust.
- Corporate affairs engagement: Manage & improve our network of strategic relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across central and local government, industry and destinations.
- Planning, Governance and Delivery: Manage the development and delivery of sustainability and corporate affairs engagement plans, calendars and steercos (tracking actions and progress against KPIs), approval of advocacy materials (including briefing packs, stakeholder maps, and position papers) and working closely with our external delivery partners (ensuring alignment with strategic priorities).
The role has dual reporting lines and will report to the VP Sustainability and the VP Corporate Affairs. Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting materials for external stakeholders with ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible messaging.
- Strong project management and delivery experience in fast‑paced environments.
- Prior experience in planning and executing external engagement campaigns.
- The ability to own and manage stakeholder relationships and outcomes.
- Interest in politics and sustainability policies.
