As a senior programme leader, you will operate across a complex, multi‑year transformation environment, guiding cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to deliver meaningful, business‑critical outcomes.
This pivotal role will:
- Provide programme management expertise to a large‑scale, complex investment programme spanning multiple workstreams of activity across the business.
- Develop and manage programme activity plans, milestones and identify critical dependencies enabling cross‑functional alignment across the various workstreams of activity.
- Establish and manage programme governance, including programme boards, steering committees, and decision‑making frameworks, with strong risk and issue management.
- Interpret complex internal and external requirements, advising relevant stakeholders on appropriate governance, controls, and considerations to enable informed decision‑making across the programme.
- Act as a critical point of coordination & alignment across the programme, ensuring momentum is maintained and critical risks are surfaced early for resolution.
