We are seeking a Product Director to shape this vision, ensuring our guests enjoy a truly integrated experience supported by innovative technology and product leadership. Your focus will be on driving integration and creating a seamless experience from pre-cruise through onboard and shore environments. This includes transforming our web and commerce platforms to deliver a frictionless booking and purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and product vision across platforms that underpin the guest journey.
  • Own and communicate the strategic product roadmap, vision, and backlog to the business and wider team.
  • Lead and coach a team of Product Managers/Owners to deliver a centre of excellence for Product.
  • Champion composable architecture principles and oversee the first-ever launch of a native guest app.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional results.

Job Requirements

  • This role demands a blend of strategic vision & technical expertise. We’re looking for someone with:
  • Proven experience in product management and transformation within an Enterprise Organisation.
  • Knowledge of composable architecture and modern ecosystems.
  • Experience launching native apps and managing large-scale commerce platforms.
  • Certified Agile qualification (essential).
  • Hands‑on leadership style with ability to inspire and coach teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and cultural fit: one team, one vision.
